Your privacy and photos are a trust we take seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data and photos.

Protecting your photos

  • Your photos are private and stored in non-public storage.
  • We never use your photos in marketing without explicit consent.
  • Order photos are deleted according to the retention policy.
  • Photo access is limited to authorized staff.

Data we collect

We only collect data needed to fulfil and deliver your order, and never store bank card details.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting support.

Content rights

You are responsible for owning the rights to photos uploaded for printing.

Orders and pricing

  • Prices are in Jordanian dinars.
  • We may refuse an order that breaches the terms and issue a refund.
  • Customized products are exchangeable only for manufacturing defects.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Since products are customized, the following terms apply.

✓ We exchange or reprint for free if:
  • There is a print quality defect on our side.
  • The product arrives damaged or broken.
  • A product different from your order was printed.
✕ Returns do not cover:
  • Errors in customer-uploaded photos.
  • A change of mind after printing has started.

How do you request a return?

Open a support ticket within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the issue.
